Pythagoras

Right Triangle

A right triangle needs to have a right 90 degree angle and have three sides.
The sides that make up the right angle are called legs.

Side C is the Hypothenuse.
It is located opposite of the right triangle.
C is always the largest side.

This is a video that talks about the sides of a triangle, it is pretty much the same as what I have been saying, this is just to see what I was talking about.

Here was the homework from today.

You have to explain this equation: a2+b2=c2. You can try to figure it out on your own, or you can do some research on it, the equation is made from an ancient Greek person called Pythagoras.

Make sure to study for the math Quiz tomorrow.

  1. Great job CAMERON!! :) I liked how you added in colors for important terms & a video. I also like how its organized & neat. Next time, you should add in a link & not use light blue because it might be too bright for other people to read. but great job :)
