Home Work For The Weekend : Math Textbook Pages 91 - 94

Question Answers:

1.) In a relation the areas of the triangles is that the first and also second triangle have the squares on the the side to show the areas of (a, b, c). The last triangle as you can see does not contain the squares around it.

6.) A) 25 + 144 = 169
B) 5cm, 12cm, 13cm
C) The sum of all the areas of both smaller squares will be equal to the largest one, 5 2 + 12 2 = 13 2


13.) I think no, The garden is not a right triangle, the sum of all the areas of the smaller squares is not equal to the area of the largest square there, 4800 + 4800 does not equal 9800, it equals 9600.

20.) The sum of the areas of the two smaller semi-circles is equal to the area of the semi-circle on to the Hypotenuse of the triangle.
